What we collect

When you submit the consultation enquiry form we collect your name, organisation, role, work email, optional phone number, sector, area of need, timeline and message. We also store a one-way hash of your network address to prevent abuse. We do not use advertising trackers.

Why we use it

Only to respond to your request and assess whether we can help. The legal basis is your consent, given on the form, and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.

Who can see it

Only the X-Risk owner. Requests are stored with a cloud provider in access-controlled storage; the hosting location may be outside Ghana and is subject to our data protection assessment. We do not sell or share your information.

Client engagement data

Data supplied during an engagement is governed by the engagement contract and data processing terms, minimised to what the work needs, and kept in private storage with access limited to people assigned to that engagement.

Retention and your rights

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up; the retention period will be confirmed before launch. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by replying to our response or using the contact details on this site. You may also contact the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.
